Both tickets get you into all the Keynote Talks, Breakout Sessions, the Trade Show, the New Attendee Reception, and the Special NANPA Dignitaries Reception.

The Photographer’s Table:
Dinner Experience
New for 2025, the “Photographer’s Table” is the most exclusive and intimate way to connect with our world-class Keynote Speakers. These small-group dinners are limited to just 10 attendees. Until 01/15/25, Summit VIP Ticket Holders will have the opportunity to add these to their registration and, if a dinner is sold out, you can add yourself to the Waitlist. Any remaining spaces will then be offered to Standard Ticket Holders beginning 01/16/25. Listed dates and times are subject to change, and because of the unique and exclusive nature of these events, no refunds can be offered.

Opening for reservations in early 2025, you will be able to register for a number of Field Trips taking place in and around Tucson. Currently planned Field Trips Include:

On Tuesday, May 13, 2025, come early for this brand-new, full-day seminar brought to you by NANPA & ASMP. Created by Mary Virginia Swanson & Thomas Maddrey, this day-long event will help you take the next step in your photo business, learn how to publish your photo book, establish yourself with a strong marketing presence and more! The day ends with an evening reception included in the price! Limited to 75 attendees.

Professional Evaluations
A highlight of the Summit is the annual Portfolio Reviews, presented by the Nature Photography Foundation. Don’t miss this opportunity to have a selection of your work evaluated by some of the best in the world including our Keynote Speakers, a selection of Breakout Speakers, and Special Guest Reviewers! Reserve your Portfolio Review package (either 1, 3, or 5 Reviews) during Registration, and be one of the first to be able make your official appointment when the Portfolio Review Lineup and Time Slots are announced in early 2025! VIP Ticket Holders have first access for Reviewer Selection, followed by General Ticket Holders in order of the time they registered.

NANPA & ASMP Awards Reception
On Tuesday, May 13, join NANPA & ASMP for the NANPA & ASMP Awards Reception honoring all those who have won top honors in any of the NANPA or ASMP Photo Competitions in 2023 and 2024! Open to anyone with a “Develop Your Business” or NANPA Summit Registration.
NANPA Summit 2025 Kickoff Reception
On Wednesday, May 14, the festivities for the Discover: NANPA Summit 2025 kickoff with the evening New Attendee Meet & Greet Reception for all NANPA Summit Attendees! A great event to have fun, network, and kick-off a week of exciting activities and opportunities!
