This year we have two primary ticket types: Standard & VIP. There are only 75 total VIP tickets that will be sold, and when they’re gone, they’re gone! Both ticket types get you full acess to all the amazing keynote speakers as well as all the breakout sessions, evening receptions, and more, while the VIP Ticket includes the three-day Meal Plan as well as first access to reserve both Portfolio Reviews & Field Trips when those reservations open in early 2025. Finally, VIP Ticket Holders will be able to purchase seats at our very limited “Photographer’s Table” events during registration before they are open to remainder of attendees. This year, we are handing reservations for Portfolio Reviews and Field Trips a bit differently. We have launched a new “Add-On Summit Registration Portal” for Registered Attendees to Add-On Field Trips, Meal Plans, VIP Dinners, Super Sessions, and more! For both Portfolio Reviews & Field Trips, VIP Ticket Holders will receive early access for first choice of events. You will get the info on how to access this new Portal after you register for the Summit!

While the NANPA Summit runs from May 15-17, 2025, you may have hearf about a day-long seminar on Tuesday, May 13. While our Trade Show for 2025 is now full, we want to hear from you for the future! We are thrilled you want to join us at an entirely new and reimagined trade show at Discover: NANPA Summit 2025. But! you can still purchase a Sponsorship by clicking HERE. If you’d like to reach the attendees but are unable to travel to Tucson next May, or if you have any other questions, please just reach out to us at summit@nanpasummit.com.

The Trade Show is back and better than ever this year at Discover: NANPA Summit 2025. You can see a live floorplan with the confimed companies HERE. We expect that this will be updated regularly, so please check back! 

Our Hotel Room Block NOW CLOSED and for many nights, the rooms at the Westin are SOLD OUT! We encourage you to continue to check back with the Hotel for openings & cancellations. Once you have confirmed your Registration and Tickets, the next step is to book your hotel room. We have listed a number of alternative (and close!) properties on out Accomodations page!

This year, the Westin has instituted a fee for parking… BUT NOT FOR SUMMIT ATTENDEES! You will be receiving information about how to acceess the parking lot at NO COST aproximately a week before the Summit begins if you will be driving or have a car on-site. For Discover: NANPA Summit 2025, there are no refunds for any reason unless the program is canceled by NANPA. We strongly encourage attendees to purchase event and/or travel insurance. During Registration, you can add on Registration Purchase Protection via our 3rd-party provider. You also can purchase insurance for your travel plans at NANPA’s partner www.travelinsure.com.
